Sean joined Paul, Weiss to lead a major strategic expansion: launching and heading the firm’s new Houston office as part of a push deeper into energy M&A and infrastructure work in a market where many key clients are based. He’ll do that as a partner, co-chair of Global M&A, bringing a top-tier track record advising on marquee energy transactions across the sector. His move (alongside Debbie P. Yee) signals Paul, Weiss’s intent to build a premier Houston platform that complements its existing strength in energy M&A, infrastructure and project finance.
