Laura Bonamis is a partner at Milbank's London office and a key member of the European Leveraged Finance/Capital Markets Group. Her practice focuses on advising both lenders and borrowers on complex domestic and cross-border leveraged acquisition financings, public-to-private buyout financings, refinancings, and restructurings. Laura has played a pivotal role in significant market transactions, including advising on Bain Capital's acquisition of Namirial, the recapitalisation of the Accell group, and the financing of Bain Capital's acquisition of House of HR. Her expertise spans a wide range of financial products, including bank/bond, syndicated TLBs, unitranche/SSRCF, and holdco PIK. Laura's notable secondments include Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse in London.
