Benjamin De Blegiers is a Partner at Latham & Watkins in Paris, specializing in Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity Transactions. With a distinguished career, he advises investment funds on buyout and infrastructure strategies for both French and cross-border transactions. Benjamin has extensive experience representing private equity sponsors and institutional investors in high-stakes transactions, including leveraged buyouts, consortium acquisitions, co-investments, take-private transactions, stake divestitures, and SPAC business combinations. Prior to joining Latham & Watkins in 2026, he was a Partner at Clifford Chance, where he served as Global Co-Head of the infrastructure sector and led the Paris private equity practice.
