Praveen Jagadish is a Partner at Clifford Chance, based in the London office. Since joining the firm in 2015, he has developed a robust practice specializing in infrastructure and low-carbon energy. Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2020 and becoming a partner in May 2022, Praveen advises developers, financial investors, and lenders on the commercial and financing aspects of major greenfield projects, as well as the refinancing and sale/acquisition of brownfield assets. His extensive experience spans infrastructure transactions in the transport, maritime, and telecommunications sectors, and energy infrastructure transactions in offshore and onshore wind, solar PV, nuclear, energy-from-waste, smart metering, and EV charging.
