Alexandra Johnson is a partner at Milbank in New York and serves as the Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Transportation and Space Group. Her practice areas include aviation, digital infrastructure, finance, mergers and acquisitions, structured finance and securitizations, and transportation and space. Johnson's extensive experience encompasses structured finance transactions, international and corporate transactions, and she regularly represents underwriters, lenders, investors, and other key stakeholders. She has been instrumental in some of the most complex and innovative transactions recognized as 'Deals of the Year.' Additionally, Johnson is a Senior Lecturing Fellow at Duke University School of Law, where she teaches transaction and contract drafting. She holds a J.D. from Georgetown Law and an A.B. from Duke University.
