Bruce Embley is a Partner at Clifford Chance in London, specializing in Corporate and M&A law. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Bruce has held partner positions at Skadden and Freshfields before joining Clifford Chance in 2025. He is renowned for his expertise in cross-border and domestic M&A, particularly for financial sponsors and international corporations. Bruce has played a pivotal role in advising on some of the most complex and high-profile M&A transactions, including two of the five largest deals in history: AB InBev/SABMiller and Royal Dutch Shell.
