Dr. Dominik Heß is a Partner at Clifford Chance in Düsseldorf, specializing in Corporate and M&A law. With a robust academic background, including an LL.M. from Columbia University and a Dr. jur. from the University of Munich, he brings extensive expertise to his practice. Dr. Heß advises both national and international clients on a range of complex transactions, including takeovers, investments in listed companies, business combinations, joint ventures, and private M&A transactions. His practice also encompasses corporate, capital markets, group and reorganization law, as well as ESG matters, particularly in the context of equity capital markets transactions.
