Megan J. Baier is the Chief Executive Officer of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and a member of the firm's board of directors. Based in the New York office, Megan oversees firm strategy, culture, and talent, while managing day-to-day business performance, including operations, financial results, growth, AI and innovation, and risk management.
Megan's legal practice focuses on corporate representation, public offerings, venture financings, and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on innovative companies. She advises founders, boards, and public companies on critical moments such as first financings and public offerings. Before joining Wilson Sonsini in 2014, Megan practiced at Ropes & Gray and Skadden Arps.
