Ramy Wahbeh is a Partner at Sidley Austin, where he co-leads the global Private Equity practice and heads the London Corporate group. As a member of the firm's Executive Committee, Ramy focuses on representing leading private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in complex cross-border M&A transactions, strategic joint ventures, divestitures, and other corporate matters. With over 20 years of experience, he has advised on transactions across Europe, including the UK, France, Germany, and more, in industries such as airline, banking, finance, gaming, and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Sidley Austin in 2023, Ramy was a Partner at Paul, Weiss, where he also served as Counsel.
