Jared Maher is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis in Los Angeles, specializing in investment funds. As a member of the Firm’s Strategic GP Advisory Practice Group, Jared advises private equity sponsors, asset managers, and investors on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, and structured equity transactions.
