Anna Van de moortel is a partner in the Corporate Team at Kirkland & Ellis in London. Her practice is centered on cross-border M&A and finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on the private equity sector. Anna has represented private equity firms in a wide array of complex cross-border M&A transactions and corporate matters. She also has significant experience advising both private equity and corporate issuers on high-yield bond offerings and other corporate finance transactions.
