Samir A. Gandhi is a Partner at Sidley Austin, where he serves as the global practice leader of the firm’s Capital Markets group and co-leader of the India practice. Based in New York and London, Samir is also a member of the firm's Executive Committee. His practice focuses on capital markets offerings, corporate matters, and private equity transactions. He represents sponsors, issuers, and underwriters in a wide range of capital markets activities and advises corporate clients on disclosure, governance matters, and complex financial structures. Samir also works with domestic and foreign fund sponsors, investment banks, and private investors in private equity and venture capital activities, as well as rights holders and media companies in the sports and entertainment industries.
