John Goodgame is a Partner at Akin in Houston, Texas, where he has been a pivotal figure since 1997. Specializing in Capital Markets, Corporate, and Energy & Infrastructure, John advises clients on strategic and capital-raising transactions, with a focus on the energy sector. He has extensive experience guiding public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, through initial public offerings, equity and debt offerings, and complex mergers and acquisitions.
