Joshua T. Hofheimer is a Partner at Sidley Austin, based in the Century City and Palo Alto offices. With over two decades of experience in corporate, commercial, and technology law, Joshua specializes in intellectual property and technology practice areas. He represents clients in the life sciences, agribusiness and food, and information technology sectors. Notably, Joshua has advised Nektar Therapeutics in a multibillion-dollar collaboration with Bristol-Myers Squibb and Monsanto Company in a gene-editing joint venture with Pairwise Plants. He co-leads Sidley's Global Agribusiness and Food industry group and is a member of the Global Life Sciences Leadership Council. Previously, he served as CEO/Managing Director of Hexima Limited, advancing its disease control platform commercially.
