With a focus on Corporate, M&A, Capital Markets, High Yield, and Private Equity Transactions, Pelin brings extensive experience to her role. She has advised prominent private equity sponsors, including Apollo, General Atlantic, KKR, and KPS, on a variety of complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions and sectors. Her expertise extends to advising portfolio companies on follow-on investments, equity and incentive compensation plans, refinancing transactions, IPOs, joint ventures, and carve-out transactions. Prior to joining Kirkland & Ellis in 2023, Pelin honed her skills as an Associate at Paul, Weiss and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, building a robust foundation in corporate law.
