Steven Epstein is the Managing Partner at Fried Frank and a member of the firm's Governance Committee. Based in New York, he maintains an active corporate practice, advising leading companies across various industry sectors. As co-head of the M&A and Private Equity Practice, Steven counsels public and private companies, financial sponsors, and investment banking firms on acquisitions, divestitures, takeover preparedness, and corporate governance matters. His notable work includes advising Apollo Global Management, Tradeweb, and CVS Health on significant transactions. Steven's legal expertise is complemented by his previous experience as an investment banker at Credit Suisse.
