Mark Freeman is an associate at Milbank in the New York office, where he is a member of the Leveraged Finance Group. His practice areas include Banking and Leveraged Finance, Direct Lending and Specialty Finance, and Finance within the United States. Mark earned his J.D. from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law, graduating with honors. He has held various roles, including Supreme Court Justice for the University of Florida Student Government and Senior Articles Editor for the Florida Law Review. Prior to joining Milbank, he gained experience as a Summer Associate at Arnall Golden Gregory and as a Judicial Intern at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
