Jeremy Trinder is a Partner at Latham & Watkins, based in the London office. As a former Global Co-Chair of the firm's Real Estate Practice, Jeremy represents clients in complex real estate investment and financing transactions across the UK and Europe. With over 25 years of experience, he advises private equity funds, banks, and corporate borrowers on a range of matters including commercial mortgage loans, loan-on-loan transactions, mortgage-backed securities, and distressed debt acquisitions. His expertise extends to origination and restructuring of senior, mezzanine, and holdco financings, as well as sale and leaseback, ground rent, and opco/propco transactions.
