Menachem Danishefsky is a Partner in Weil’s Tax practice, based in New York City. With a focus on the tax aspects of private fund formation, Menachem advises on both domestic and international tax matters impacting fund managers, investors, and their investments. His extensive experience includes advising on fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, and sovereign wealth. Prior to joining Weil, he was a partner at Akin, where he also served as counsel and associate, and practiced Israeli tax law at a Tel Aviv-based firm.
