Dotun Obadina is a partner at Paul, Weiss in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, based in New York. His practice focuses on advising public and private companies on transactional and corporate governance matters, with expertise in domestic and cross-border transactions across industries such as consumer goods, food and beverage, financial services, and technology. Dotun has played a pivotal role in significant transactions, including advising 3G Capital on its $9 billion acquisition of Skechers U.S.A. and IBM on its $11 billion acquisition of Confluent.
