Robert A. Kindler is a Partner at Paul, Weiss, based in New York, where he serves as the Global Chair of M&A. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and activism defense, advising both public and private companies, executives, and boards. With over 40 years of experience, Robert has been involved in some of the most significant M&A transactions, including Comcast's $72 billion acquisition of AT&T Broadband and Dow Chemical's $130 billion merger with E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. Previously, he held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase. Robert is also active in educational and charitable organizations, serving on the Board of Trustees of New York University School of Law and Colgate University.
