Barry Wolf is the Executive Partner at Weil, based in New York City, where he also serves as Chair of the Firm’s Management Committee. With a career at Weil spanning since 1984, Barry specializes in corporate law, investment funds, and private equity transactions. He is renowned for his expertise in representing private investment funds and their sponsors, as well as advising institutional investors on commercial and tax matters. Barry's accolades include being named to the Law Power 100 by City & State in 2021 and recognized as a Distinguished Leader by the New York Law Journal in 2019. He is also celebrated for his contributions to inclusion efforts and philanthropic activities, holding board positions with Weill Cornell Medicine and the Central Park Conservancy.
