With nearly 20 years of legal experience, Kevin specializes in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. His practice emphasizes significant M&A/private equity transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments. Kevin regularly advises leading private equity sponsors such as Morgan Stanley Infrastructure, CPPIB, and Ontario Teachers’, among others. His extensive industry experience spans energy, digital infrastructure, logistics, and more. Before joining Kirkland & Ellis, Kevin worked in the M&A department at a leading investment bank in New York. He holds a law degree from Columbia Law School.
