Dr. Sebastian Heim is a Partner at Milbank, based in the London and Munich offices. He is a key member of the firm's Corporate Group, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions. With a strong focus on restructurings and insolvency law, Sebastian has advised on significant deals, including the acquisition of BASF’s Coatings Business and the IPO of SMG Swiss Marketplace Group Holding AG. He holds a doctorate from the University of Mannheim and a Master’s degree in Law and Accounting from the London School of Economics. Fluent in German and English, Sebastian brings over a decade of experience to his clients, offering strategic insights and comprehensive legal solutions.
