Jack Donelan is a corporate partner at Kirkland & Ellis in London. Specializing in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law, Jack advises private equity houses and financial sponsors on investments across various sectors. Since joining Kirkland & Ellis in 2016, Jack has worked with notable clients such as Blackstone, HGGC, and Vista Equity Partners. In 2018/2019, Jack was seconded to Blackstone’s London legal team, where he supported the Private Equity and Tactical Opportunities deal teams on European investments. Jack became a partner in 2022, continuing to provide strategic guidance on acquisitions, portfolio management, and exits for a diverse range of financial institutions.
