Scott D. Miller is the Co-Chair of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and a partner in the firm's General Practice Group. Based in New York and Palo Alto, Scott coordinates the U.S. and European practices, specializing in capital markets, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and crisis management. He has been instrumental in transformative M&A transactions in the automotive, telecommunications, and media/technology sectors, notably representing Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in its merger with Peugeot. Scott's expertise extends to international capital markets, having advised on landmark transactions such as Ferrari's IPO.
