Timothy Lowe is a Partner at Paul, Weiss, based in the London office. As the Global Co-Head of Tax and Head of European Tax, Timothy specializes in private equity and tax law, advising on public and private M&A transactions, reorganizations, reconstructions, and corporate finance. His notable experience includes advising TPG Rise Climate on financing aspects for acquiring a majority stake in A-Gas, and Chevron on its $55 billion acquisition of Hess.
