Michael B. Hickey is a Partner at Weil, where he serves as Co-Managing Partner of the Corporate Department and Co-Head of the Capital Markets practice, based in New York. With a focus on Capital Markets and Hybrid Capital, Michael advises clients on a wide range of financing matters. His expertise includes guiding financial institutions and companies through initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, high yield and investment grade debt transactions, and liability management transactions. Before joining Weil in 2018, Michael held significant roles at Goldman Sachs, including Managing Director and Vice President and Associate General Counsel, where he gained extensive experience in corporate finance and legal strategy.
