Zach Miller is a corporate partner at Kirkland & Ellis in their Salt Lake City office. Specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, Zach brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis, Dentons, and Alston & Bird. He began his legal career as a Title Assistant at First American Title and Escrow Company. Zach is admitted to practice in Utah and holds an inactive status in the District of Columbia. He earned his J.D. from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School and a B.S. in Business Management from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
