Lauren Giles is an associate at Milbank in the New York office, where she is a member of the firm’s Alternative Investments Practice. Her practice areas include Direct Lending and Specialty Finance, Finance, and Structured Finance and Securitizations within the United States. Lauren earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and holds both an M.A. and B.A. from John Jay College. Prior to her current role, she served as a Legal Assistant at Milbank and has held various positions at John Jay College, EAC Network, and the New York City Criminal Justice Agency.
