Aria serves as a strategic advisor and legal counsel to emerging technology companies, as well as venture capital and strategic investors. With a background in engineering, Aria provides practical, business-focused advice on a range of transactional matters both in the U.S. and internationally. His practice includes venture capital financings, exit transactions, technology licensing, corporate reorganization, governance, and corporate and securities law. Prior to joining Orrick, Aria held positions at Morrison & Foerster, where he developed his expertise in advising technology-focused clients.
