Stacy G. Ackermann is the Global Managing Partner of K&L Gates LLP, where she also serves as a partner in the firm’s global finance practice. Based in Charlotte and New York, Stacy specializes in Debt Capital Markets, Real Estate Finance, and Securitization and Structured Finance. Her practice focuses on representing lenders, servicers, investors, and other market participants in complex financial and credit market transactions, particularly in structured finance. Before joining K&L Gates in 2012, Stacy was a partner at another law firm in Charlotte. She has held significant leadership roles, including serving on the firm’s Management Committee. Stacy is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and actively participates in industry forums and associations.
