Nexthink also uses generative AI tools to help IT teams identify and resolve system problems.
- Vista signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Nexthink from existing shareholders in a transaction that values the company at approximately US$3 billion. The stake size was not disclosed.
- The deal was announced on October 27, 2025 and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to closing conditions. After closing, founder and CEO Pedro Bados is expected to continue leading Nexthink.
