- King Salman Park Foundation is developing a Riyadh project that is positioned as one of the largest residential-led platforms in the Middle East, tied to Saudi Vision 2030 and described as one of the largest urban park projects globally.
- The arrangement covers the development and construction of two mixed-use development districts in Riyadh with an aggregate value of about USD 3.8 billion; Package 4 is valued at more than USD 850 million and Package 5 at about USD 3 billion.
- Package 5 alone will span more than 400,000 sqm and include about 3,700 residential units, around 300 hotels, a K-12 school, more than 100,000 sqm of Grade A office space, plus retail and dining, underscoring the project's scale and mixed-use strategy.
