Roper Technologies is a US$60 billion public company that operates market-leading businesses designing and developing vertical software and technology-enabled products for defensible niche markets.
Roper agreed to acquire CentralReach for an approximate net purchase price of US$1.65 billion, including a US$200 million tax benefit arising from the transaction.
The transaction was announced on March 24 through a definitive agreement under which Roper will acquire CentralReach, an autism and IDD care software provider backed by Insight Partners since 2018.
