Tayeh Capital Group is a relationship-based, growth-focused private equity firm founded in 2025 by Dave Tayeh and Jay Alix with backing from GCM Grosvenor, focused on middle-market professional and industrial services companies.
TCG made a majority investment in Council Advisors, and the deal marks both TCG's inaugural investment and the first time Council Advisors has taken institutional capital.
